Regulation Z Take 2

 Newsflash! An Appellate Court judge issued a "stay" late last night which effectively shuts down Regulation Z for the time being. A hearing is scheduled for April 5, 2011. At that time will will find out the fate of Regulation Z. and its impact on Cecil County Maryland buyers. Stay tuned!
